We generally see patients by appointment to minimize waiting times. For urgent situations, we will do our best to accommodate walk-ins. We recommend contacting the office in advance whenever possible.
Please bring a photo ID, medical insurance card, a list of current medications with dosages, and copies of previous lab results or imaging studies. Completing patient forms before your visit is also recommended.
Walk-in patients are generally seen in the order they arrive. Wait times may vary depending on the number of patients and the urgency of their medical needs. Feel free to contact the office to accommodate your needs.d an answer to this item.
MH&K accepts most local insurance plans. While we verify coverage prior to your appointment, we cannot guarantee payment by your insurance company. We encourage patients to confirm coverage with their insurer. If a service is not covered, you will be responsible for the cost. If you do not have insurance,

If a referral to a specialist is recommended, we will provide guidance and instructions to schedule your appointment with the appropriate provider, such as a cardiologist, pulmonologist, endocrinologist, or other specialist.
